I’ve always known my life would be dedicated to helping animals. Growing up, my family ran a rescue for pets & wildlife. My mother introduced me to the world of AKC dog showing at the age of 9. I was a professional handler for many years for dozens of breeds in every group, but knew breeding was not my call in life. I have been training dogs since I was a teenager, but have always had an instinct for troubled animals. I worked for shelters & rescues rehabilitating feral cats & dogs with behavioral problems. Afterward, I worked as a veterinary technician for over 12 years & loved it. However, a growing family had me wanting a more independent schedule to raise my children. I went back to school & graduated from Animal Behavioral Institute in Canine Behavior and Training. I am a registered AKC CGC Evaluator and now in the process of becoming registered under CCPDT. It is my mission to help pets have successful relationships with their owners & a calm, happy, and healthy forever home!
